Today, we had a nice breakfast; a wrap, with eggs cheese, bacon, and avocado. It was so yummy. After we had breakfast, we hung out for a bit, then got ready for the gym. I was feeling a little lazy and I had a headache. I wasn’t sure I wanted to go, but I knew I needed to go.
Once we go to the gym, I got into the zone. We went our separate ways. He went to the sauna, then to the weight room. I went on the treadmill. While I was on the treadmill, I talked to my friend Claylene. She told me she was fighting something off. I told her to stay away from me. She talked to me for a long time. It made my workout go fast, but I didn’t burn off enough calories in a full treadmill session that I wanted too, even with running here and there. I decided to go on the elliptical and do a program on there. I burned enough after that.
When I was finished with the elliptical, I went home. Drew was finishing up and was on his way home as well. We got showered and ready to go to his parents’ house for the Superbowl. His dad was making dinner for us and his friend Don. I was so excited. I love his dad’s cooking. We ate ribs, kielbasa, sauerkraut, broccoli, and had apple dumplings for dessert, then it was game time. Of course, I was cheering for the Patriots. I was the only one.
Well despite much hassle, trash-talking, and hassle the Patriots won their 5th Superbowl. I was so happy for Brady and company. When we left, his dad gave us so much food to take home. I am glad all that we bought at the store yesterday is in the freezer. I am not taking anything out until we finish what his dad gave us. We were tired and needed to go to bed.
