This morning I had a nail appt at Sun Rays. I was getting my acrylic nails back on. I can’t take it anymore. My friend Leanne who does nails has been my nail tech off and on for years. She does everything by hand(no drills, only file).
We went for an ombré look. I like It for the most part. I am not too crazy about it. I would rather have something more simple and plan, but it is worth a shot.
After my nail appt, I went to lunch at Hanlon’s with my parents, then it was home to get ready to go to my in-laws for dinner and the Pitt game. My in-laws were babysitting Waffles and Butters, their fur grandchildren, who are also our nephews. We couldn’t pass up a chance to get some corgi loving in!
Waffles (in the featured image) is so affectionate and sweet. Butters (pictured to the left) is the athlete. All he wants you to do is throw the tennis ball. I was holding the tennis ball in one hand and taking the picture with the other hand.
Andrew and I had an awesome dinner. His dad made us a steak, sweet potatoes, broccoli, and green beans. We always eat so well.
After dinner, we watched the Pitt game. They lost unfortunately, and so did RMU.
We are going to hang out here a little longer, and spend time with our sweet nephews!
