Good Friday

Easter is going to look a little different this year due to being encouraged to social distance and stay home. Easter was always special to Andrew and I. He proposed to me in 2014 on Easter weekend.

Today, Andrew took off work, we slept in and went to get iced coffee and donuts from Dunkin since it was free donut Friday. In the late morning, Andrew went for a walk and I stayed in doors and did some ballet barre exercises and some ab work outs. I had a feeling I was going to be a good kind of sore tomorrow.

After my workout, I got a shower and did a little Friday glam. I wanted to put some make up on and some eyelashes.  Then cleaned the house a bit and did some laundry.  When Andrew got back from his walk, he did some more exercises in the basement. My parents stopped by and dropped off an Easter Lily and a box of chocolate covered pretzels and wished us happy easter. I have to keep reminding myself this is temporary, right?

When my parents left, I did another load of laundry. I swear I get so bored I just do laundry for the fun of it. In the early afternoon we ordered fish sandwiches from a local restaurant. We are trying to support local restaurants during this time. It sucks for everyone right now.

After dinner, we watched more episodes of Buffy the vampire slayer. I finally got him interested into binge watching the show with me from start to finish. I was such fan of Buffy. It is truly a cult classic. We are on Season 3. We have a ways to go. I am not looking forward to the later seasons. I wasn’t a fan of how they ended the show and the whole Buffy and Spike romance.
